I started as a Dental Assistant at Stockton Dental Center in 1996. I graduated from Rock Valley College, where I attended Dental Assisting Classes. I received my certificate for coronal polishing and dental sealants on February 3, 2001. I continue my education by attending seminars and dental meetings. I love my participation with the Stockton Dental Center team. I am involved in helping Dr. Petras provide quality dentistry, while making the patient feel comfortable and at ease. I understand how stressful going to the dentist can be; I am there to help you overcome this. I am married to a wonderful man, and have four lovely children that keep us very busy. We love camping, boating and watching Nascar. We love the community in which we have grown up. I am excited to see friends and family and help them with any dental needs.

I am the Appointment Scheduling Coordinator for Stockton Dental Center. I have been with the practice for eight years now. It is a joy to work with such a talented doctor and staff who truly care about the well being of our patients, while making your visit as pleasant as possible. A lot of my job is communication with the patients, which I really enjoy most. On a personal note, I was raised in Stockton and moved when I was 14 to Iowa. I came back "home" eight years ago to raise my two sons. When I'm not working at Stockton Dental Center, we are usually watching or playing ball of some sort. My other hobbies are fishing,
boating, camping, swimming and keeping up with the Nascar circuit.

I started at Stockton Dental Center as a Hygiene Assistant/Coordinator in September of 2001. I came to Stockton Dental Center with 12 years of previous dental assisting experience and 11 years secretarial experience.My job involves scheduling and confirming hygiene appointments, recall, following up with insurance claims, assisting the dental hygienist and seeing that the schedule, charts and rooms are set up for the next working day. I enjoy meeting and visiting with our patients and helping them with their dental needs.
I live in Hanover with my husband Lyle. I have two married children and four grandchildren. I enjoy cross-stitching, crocheting and spending time with my family.

I joined the staff of Stockton Dental Center in March of 1991 as a dental assistant. Through my many years here at Stockton Dental Center I have reached many goals both personally and professionally. I have completed many hours of continuing education on general dentistry, radiology, orthodontics and TMJ. I received my certificates for dental assisting, coronal polishing & dental sealants. I now serve as Office Manager/Dental Assistant for Dr. Petras. I enjoy working chair side with Doctor during all procedures, but especially love orthodontics. I cherish my dental career and the friendships I've made with patients and employees.

I live in the Stockton area with my husband and three adorable & active little boys. We enjoy the outdoors, boating, camping and most of all Nascar racing.

I joined the Stockton Dental Center in May 2002. I really enjoy working with Dr. Petras and the entire staff. I am the financial & insurance coordinator here in the office. I live in Stockton with my husband, Mike, two girls, Cassi & Natalie, and son, Braden. I moved to Stockton from Ft. Worth, Texas in 1994. I love living in the Midwest. I enjoy hanging out with my family, shopping with my friends, & watching movies. Our family is big Packer fans (we even have a dog named Packer).

I am a part-time hygienist with Stockton Dental Center since February 1994.
Through government transfers by my husband, I have worked in a number of east and west coast states and in 1989 settled in Hanover with our final transfer. In my 35-year career as a dental hygienist, Stockton Dental Center has become my favorite office.

Since 1991, I have also been the Jo Daviess County public health dental hygienist. I have always felt fulfilled in my career by helping my patients achieve their personal best in dental health through gentle techniques and knowledgeable education.

I have to say also that I love the Midwest best now especially because our 3 children and their families all settled within 125 miles of home.

In April 1998 I joined the Stockton Dental Center team as a full-time dental hygienist. I appreciate that Dr Petras keeps current wit the latest technologies & treatments in dentistry. This has been a perfect career for me since I enjoy being with people and helping them make healthy choices in their dental care. Attending continuing education courses and dental conventions enables me to offer the latest information and services to my patients.

I feel strongly about children having a positive dental experience and find it very gratifying when they come to the office looking forward to their dental visit.

I joined Stockton Dental Center in February 1991. I first started working here as a full time receptionist. Then I went to part time & now just 1 day a week. I enjoy my day at the office being with all the staff and patients.

My husband Norman and I have 6 grown children. All are married & live in the Stockton area. We have 23 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild. I enjoy all our grandchildren. I take them fishing, swimming, golfing, to Timberlake theatre, babysitting them. They are all such a joy in my life. I like to do lots of volunteer work and church activities.

I joined the Stockton Dental Center as a dental assistant in January 2002. I have an associate degree in child development and have completed my certificate requirements for coronal polishing and sealant placement.

I enjoy all of our patients and especially the kids. I have never worked at an office that sees so many kids. It is a most welcome sight.
I am member of the Carroll County Haiti Mission Project (A non-profit organization that goes to Haiti). My goals include going to Haiti at least one time a year and helping the Haitians. We would someday like to take a dentist over there and eventually maybe even do some preventative or tooth restorations instead of extractions. My local goal would be to teach Dr. Petras the art of shooting a basket, so I have less paper etc. to pick up after failed attempts.

I live in Mt. Carroll with my husband Bill who teaches 7th grade science, my son Trevor who is 14 yrs old and my daughter Maria who is 12 years old. We like going to the beach, reading, swimming, golfing, taking walks and long bike rides especially when they end at the local Dairy Queen.

I have been a dental hygienist here at Stockton Dental Center since August 2003. I really enjoy working with Dr Petras and the entire staff. I think we all work great as a team.

I have been married to my husband, Dusty, since September 2003. We have 2 great dogs that we enjoy spending time with. We are expecting our 1st child in October 2006. We are so excited to start our family.
